West Virginia Knowledge Examination

This Roadwise course uses a 25-question practice test with 19 correct answers needed to pass. The format can depend on your age, license class, or application type.

The handbook states the exam has 'at least' 25 questions with no fixed time limit given; 19/25 = 76% is the stated pass threshold. No separate scored sections (e.g. a standalone signs test) are described, so the practice test uses one combined score. The motorcycle knowledge exam is a separate 25-question test requiring 80% (20/25) to pass (handbook p.24).
