Know which test you are studying for

Nevada DMV Written Knowledge Test

This Roadwise course uses a 25-question practice test with 20 correct answers needed to pass. The format can depend on your age, license class, or application type.

The handbook itself (the source handbook) does not state the exact number of test questions or passing score, so the official Nevada DMV pages for new teen and adult drivers were used instead; both confirm the same 25-question, 80%-to-pass format. The DMV site lists a 60-minute limit for the online version but no limit for in-person testing, so no countdown is used for this practice format. Nevada does not score any topic area (e.g., signs) separately, so the practice test uses one combined score.
