Montana MVD Knowledge (Written) Test
This Roadwise course uses a 33-question practice test with 27 correct answers needed to pass. The format can depend on your age, license class, or application type.
The handbook confirms a written test, vision test, and road test are required (p.11), and that a license receipt allows three testing attempts within one year (p.19), but does not print the exact question count or passing score. No handbook or state-site evidence indicates the test is split into separately scored sections, so the practice test uses one combined score.
