Pennsylvania Knowledge Test

This Roadwise course uses a 18-question practice test with 15 correct answers needed to pass. The format can depend on your age, license class, or application type.

The handbook states the format directly for the non-commercial Class C Knowledge Test. It does not list a time limit or separately-scored sections. You may retake the test the next business day if you fail, and only once per day at any location.
