The format in this course
Tennessee Driver License Knowledge Test
To pass this Roadwise simulation, answer at least 24 of 30 questions correctly. Answers and explanations appear after you finish. Unanswered questions count as incorrect.
This practice format uses one overall passing threshold, without a separately scored sign section.
The practice simulation uses a 60-minute countdown. The test clock continues while you are away from the session.
The handbook does not state a total question count or numeric passing score itself, only the four 25% topic areas and the 25%-minimum DUI rule; the count (30), pass score (80%/24 correct), and time limit (60 min) come from the official TDOSHS website. No section is scored separately, so the practice test uses one combined score, but content is roughly quartered across signs/signals, safe driving principles, rules of the road, and drugs/alcohol.
Try a few practice questions
