The format in this course
Maine BMV Written Knowledge Test
To pass this Roadwise simulation, answer at least 24 of 30 questions correctly. Answers and explanations appear after you finish. Unanswered questions count as incorrect.
This practice format uses one overall passing threshold, without a separately scored sign section.
This Roadwise practice format has no countdown, so you can take the time you need.
The handbook does not state the official written test's item count or passing score, so this uses the best-corroborated third-party figure (two independent test-prep sites agree): 30 multiple-choice questions covering the handbook, 80% (24 correct) required to pass. Maine's format has no separately scored road-signs section, so the practice test uses one combined score.
