Massachusetts Learner's Permit Exam
To pass this Roadwise simulation, answer at least 18 of 25 questions correctly. Answers and explanations appear after you finish. Unanswered questions count as incorrect.
This practice format uses one overall passing threshold, without a separately scored sign section.
The practice simulation uses a 25-minute countdown. The test clock continues while you are away from the session.
The handbook states the Class D/M learner's permit exam has 25 multiple-choice questions, a 25-minute time limit, and requires 18 correct answers to pass (72%). Topics include alcohol misuse, suspensions, JOL violations, rules of the road, and road signs. The handbook does not describe the exam as being scored in separate sections, so the practice test uses one combined score.
