Know the rule

It is against the law to use your license to misrepresent yourself in any way, or to allow anyone else to use it.

Handbook p. 69 ↗

  • Fail or refuse to surrender a suspended, revoked or canceled card when Service Oklahoma lawfully demands
  • Permit any unlawful use of a license or ID card issued to you
  • Make any state license or ID card (or a facsimile), or a printing plate for one, unless authorized by law
  • Display or knowingly possess a counterfeit or fictitious card, or one with a forged name or signature
