In Wyoming everyone in the vehicle buckles up, not just the driver. As the driver, it's your job to make sure they do. A belt only protects you if it sits on the right part of your body.

50%+

Share of Wyoming road deaths (about 100 a year, 2015-2019) who weren't wearing seat belts

Put it into practice

You're driving three friends and the back-seat passenger won't buckle up. Wyoming law requires every occupant to wear a belt, and as the driver it's your responsibility. Wait until they buckle before you pull out.
