A 2-minute lesson from the Wisconsin course. Read the rules and examples, follow the handbook page references, and check your understanding before you move on.
Anyone who drives on Wisconsin public roads needs a valid driver license, and getting one means passing a few tests. The first two are quick: a vision screening to check how well you see, and a Highway Signs Test on the signs you'll meet on the road.
If you don't pass the vision test, DMV staff will tell you what to do next: see a vision specialist with the Certificate of Vision Examination by Competent Authority (MV3030V/T579).
You wear glasses and read the chart at 20/40 with your right eye only. That passes: Wisconsin needs 20/40 in at least one eye, and glasses (corrected vision) count. You still need a 70-degree field of vision from each eye.
