A 3-minute lesson from the Indiana course. Read the rules and examples, follow the handbook page references, and check your understanding before you move on.
Restrictions and endorsements appear in the lower left-hand corner of your credential, and the back of the card explains them. The most common restrictions come from your vision screening.
Common vision restrictions:
Restriction B: glasses or contact lenses required when driving
Restriction F: outside rearview mirrors required when driving
Your vision screening shows both eyes at 20/40 with your glasses on. Your license gets restriction B, so you must wear glasses or contact lenses every time you drive.
