Put it into practice

Four months after getting your Class D, you want to drive two school friends home. Not allowed: in the first 6 months only immediate family may ride. In months 7 through 12 you could take one of them.

Put it into practice

Your cousin lives at your house. For Class D passenger rules, she counts as immediate family, because anyone who lives at your residence does.
