Driving in Idaho means you've already agreed to be tested for alcohol or drugs if an officer suspects you. Refusing has its own penalties, and getting your license back after a suspension takes fees and sometimes years of proof of insurance.

Implied consent

Anyone who drives or is in physical control of a vehicle in Idaho has consented to a BAC or drug test if suspected of driving under the influence (Idaho Code 18-8002).
